earle_birney · 1 month agoThanks for the help. I suspect this is my prob. However, when follow these directions I get to the uninstall icon and it is not "live" or ... how to say it... it doesn't work. I can disable or go to the options, but not the uninstall. Not can I get to the firefox add ons through the start menu / unistall programs. Should I uninstall Firefox and then reinstall it without the add on?
